Page from Acavedo's diary with the words Medical Record written on the top and the date March 1, 1945. My medical record begins with the following men. Beneath these words are four columns. The first is the Prisoner Number, the next is the name, the next is the diagnosis, and then the last is the date of death. There are thirteen entries on the page which include cases of pneumonia, diptheria, grippe, and cardiac arrest and include five deaths during the first three weeks in march.
